The sushi of flying fish’s roe mixed with cucumber—“flying fish roe-cucumber sushi”

Two bowls of rice, pickled cucumber (half of a cucumber), fish roe: 100~200g, a little pipe-packed mustard and lemon juice.

If you use pickled cucumber not common cucumber, you can feel another special unspeakable taste. It is certainly so delicious for the cucumbers form BongHwang Farm.
