What a good taste is the cake of cucumbers!

We already send our best cucumbers to Seoul, what should we do with the remaining? What about making the cucumber cakes?




The cucumbers look not so good, but it doesn’t matter, good taste is OK.

We need the smallage and leek.
Put the cucumbers into the stirring mill.
P.S. Don’t put the water into the stirring mill.
Distribute the cucumber juice equably onto the cake, put the wheat flour and a little vegetables on it.
This is the dough making with the cucumber juice. Because of no paprika and green pepper, we can only put into it a little carrot, besides, we also put a little sleeve-fish in it.
Put a little edible oil into the pan.
Make the dough the modest size along the pan and put it into the pan.
What an enticement!
