Tasty Korean Food 1——When cucumbers come across prawn

The 2nd May is “Cucumber’s Day”, because in Korea, the pronounciation of cucumber and 52’s is the same.(cucumber: 오이; 5: 오; 2: 이) Maybe for the purpose of increasing the farmers’ income, May 2 was set as “Cucumber’s Day”.(Titters)
Since there are so many kinds of the cuisine with cucumbers, today let’s have a cooking my liking food—cold vegetable dish with mustard. Oh my~ there is no jellyfishes…(sobbing)
How delicious the cuisine of cucumbers mixed with mustard.

Cooking materials: Ten prawns, a cucumber, an apple, three crab sticks
Seasons: a scoop of mustard, a scoop and a half of table vinegar,
half of scoop of sugar, a scoop and a half of smashed garlic, a little of
salt
Way of cooking:

Put a little salt onto the prawns and steam for about ten minutes.
Decorticate the steamed prawns and cucumbers, then cut the cucumbers into threads, same to the apple, tear the crab sticks into strips.
Mix the seasonings.
Mix the seasonings and all of the prepared materials, and agitate lightly.
