The characters (from up to down):
Today we will make fat cucumbers into soy sauce-seasoned cucumbers.
We’d better make it by use of thin and bad-quality cucumbers.
Pour the boiled soy sauce into the pot used to load the cucumbers.
Repeat this step for about 3 or 4 times, then store it at the shady place.
The customers who came for “Cucumber Experience” last week said that after they’ve eaten the soy sauce-seasoned cucumbers, they couldn’t have a tasty meal at all without the soy sauce-seasoned cucumbers in summer.
So, I sent a box of soy sauce-seasoned cucumbers by post.
Perhaps the thin and no-commercial value cucumbers should be made into soy sauce-seasoned cucumbers. If the cut slice of the cucumbers is too big, maybe the taste will not be so good. Thin and exquisite slices are the best. Then it will be much pleased for you to cut the cucumber when missing your lover~~
Too many~~ I cut for about one hour, felt pains in hands and buttocks.
In order to making the cucumbers not to be too salty, I washed the cut slices of cucumbers in the water again. Stirred and fetched them from the water, then put them into the bamboo strainer.
The thought that the amount was too large to finish it by hands was always lingering in my mind.
Smoothly arranged the top of the full filled bamboo strainer, filled the big copper pot with water, then put the strainer directly into the pot~~ the water were flowing out from the strainer.
Next, let’s prepare the seasonings, scallions, chili sauce, chili powder, salt, smashed garlic, and extracting solution of prune. Mix them together.
I stirred it directly by hands. In order to make the taste much sweeter, I poured a little more extracting solution of prune. Looked shining~ Oh, my, it really made my mouth water~~
How’s it like? Looks delicious, doesn’t it? What a good maker I am! Because of more extracting solution of prune, I could smell a little sweet and sour taste of prune. Eh~ there was also other smells~
I was not in business of the soy sauce-seasoned cucumbers, so I just made so many of it. But they almost had hosts~ (Titters)
I remained for so many of it for myself, for the purpose of taking pictures.
Eh~ Looks very delicious, doesn’t it? How is it like? Unconsciously, I’ve put it into my mouth.
I can imagine the good taste of it as soon as I see it. Of course, it’ll be another good experience to eat it. This is the sweet, sour and delicious soy sauce-seasoned cucumbers, this is the first-class BongHwang soy sauce-seasoned cucumbers.
Who~~ want to have a taste? Let’s enjoy it together.
